This research intends to find out the obstacles of ethnicity and language in communication import-export company PT. Jalak Kargo Logistik. focuses on effect ethnic cultural diversity effectiveness company. Therefore, it is necessary study using several theories such as Intercultural by Wiggin, Cross-cultural Mitra, Language Barrier Bowen, Cultural Adaptation Workplace Haninggan, code switching Shana Poplack, mixing Holmes. The results this show that use have been used intercultural solve barriers has effectively reduced gap between individuals working place.
